What was the worst job you ever had?

The worse job I ever had was fortunately short lived.  It was a writing job a few years ago for an entrepreneur who was running a website magazine out of his large house off a well known canyon in la la land.  The house was frozen in time in the 70's decor wise, and it had a very Miss Havershim dust aspect going on.  To get to the house you had to hike up the side of the canyon from a dirt parking lot filled with boulders (causing my car to need a new alignment), up a winding path, and a myriad of dogs.  The "editor" of this magazine was himself frozen in the 80's, though in his 50's, and was contemplating looking for a wife in Russian because all of the women in L.A. were too jaded - mind you this was a man creating a website magazine basically for the free goodies he could get.  He paid very little and thought that 15 minutes was the time it should take to write anything.  He spied on everyone in the business office from his bedroom through closed circuit t.v. (or something like it) and if he found you talking to anyone he'd yell at you - which of course he did to me.  Basically he told me to get the f**k off his property when I had the audacity to question how he went about things.  But of course he's still got my article posted, and has used it for his "NYC" version without asking or paying for it - oh yes, he did not pay me for the last few days I was there either.

I post this because at least once or twice a month I see that he's got jobs listed on CL and want to give anyone considering going for an interview there fair warning.  Also, he's incredibly abusive verbally to those who don't understand his logic, even if they're giving it their best.
